Remuneration: £45,000 - £55,000 + discretionary bonus

The role of Estimator Retail Fit Out will involve:
Estimator position dealing with design, build & fit out projects primarily dealing with petrol filling stations and service stations
Interpreting technical drawings and generating quotations / tenders
Negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers
Producing formal quotations to clients
Taking details from drawings to produce BOQs allowing for a timely return of quotations for customer deadlines
Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
Contact customers dealing with queries and providing additional technical information
Establish and maintain relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers
Working on projects ranging in value from £15,000 up to £750,000
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator Retail Fit Out with
Must have 5+ years estimating experience within the construction fit out / shop fitting market sector
Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs
Highly organised with good attention to detail
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Full UK driving license
Computer literate (Microsoft Office & Excel)
Advantageous if experience in Bluebeam Software
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Good team player who also works well individually
