Job Description:

Are you an experienced and proactive Executive PA looking for your next challenge in Financial Services? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same? If so, we want to hear from you!

We are seeking an organized and professional Executive PA to provide high-quality support to one of the Senior Managers in our client's wealth management business. This is a key role where you will be considered the voice and face of the CEO, managing important relationships and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and colleagues, managing their queries and referring them as necessary.

  • Take charge of the diary, ensuring meetings and appointments are prioritized and organized efficiently.

  • Prepare meeting materials, including documentation, reports, and presentations

  • Coordinate client meetings, including booking reviews, handling paperwork

  • Helping with additional administrative tasks as required
