HR Administrator - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract (£23,000 - £25,000 pro rata)

Our client is seeking a HR Administrator to join their team on a six-month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain practical experience in HR, working alongside a supportive team in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain employee records within the HR database.
  • Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing applications, and arranging interviews.
  • Organise HR documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Assist with on boarding new employees, including preparing induction materials and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Work closely with the HR team on additional projects as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or relevant experience) is beneficial.
  • Previous experience in HR or an administrative role is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Docusign.
  • Familiarity with HR databases or software is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
