  • Hold a recognised Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA).
  • Hold a recognised Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above (PTLLS/AET etc.) 
  • Must hold the competency to deliver HR at Level 3.
  • Must have experience of delivering full Apprenticeships in any of the following vocations: HR; Customer Service; Business Administration; Leadership and Management; Project Management; Marketing; Digital Skills; Financial Services.
  • Must hold own Level 3 in a relevant vocation.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
  • Must be flexible with travel.
Duties include:
  • Assess and support learners working towards Apprenticeships in HR and Professional/Business Services sectors; Customer Service, Administration, Leadership, Hospitality, Human Resources, Project Management, Marketing, Digital and Financial Services.
  • Deliver training and support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2.
  • Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
  • Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
  • Support, advise and motivate learners.
  • Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
  • Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.
Personal Skills:
  • Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
  • Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
  • Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learners
