A purpose-led, conscientious, Global Law firm based in Nottingham City Centre are seeking a Legal PA within their employment team on a full time, permanent basis. If you have solid previous PA experience, preferably within a Legal setting and a highly collaborative, organised approach to work then this may be the role for you! The successful candidate will enjoy a hybrid role, working 3 days in office, with a salary of up to 30k!

You will enjoy a role with a lot of variety, you will be providing first class PA support to a number of key stakeholders. You will be responsible for tasks such as client & stakeholder engagement, diary management, complex travel bookings, planning meetings, delegating workflow, internal and external correspondence, paper and e-filing, screening calls and billing.

The successful candidate will have solid experience working as a PA previously, preferably within legal or other professional services, you will be somebody who has great use of initiative, is passionate about building great working relationships, has excellent interpersonal skills and strong team ethic.
