We are seeking a Multi trade operative in Nottingham and surrounding areas for a permanent position with a facilities management company.
The role offers a basic salary of £31,200 with potential earnings of up to £35,000+, along with a company van and fuel card.
Candidates must have relevant industry experience and a full UK driving licence, with experience in social housing preferred.
The job includes various tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, flooring, and general building maintenance, with 37.5 hours of work per week.
Additional benefits include call-out pay, 24 days of annual leave, a pension scheme, and provided power tools.

We are currently looking for a Multi trade operative in Nottingham and surrounding areas to join a well-established facilities management company on a permanent basis. This role includes a company van, fuel card and potential earning of up to £35,000+

As a Multi trade operative, you will complete:

All aspects of carpentry
All aspects of plumbing
UPVC windows & doors
Flooring
Patch plastering
Tiling
Painting & Decorating
General building maintenance

I am looking for a Multi trade operative who:

Has a full UK driving licence
Has relevant industry experience
Has relevant experience within social housing

In return, the Multi trade operative will receive:

£31,200 basic salary
Company van & fuel card
Company mobile phone
37.5 hours a week
Power tools provided
Call out & overtime available paid at time and a half
Occasional working away (all expenses paid)
24 days annual leave plus bank holiday
Pension scheme
Permanent employment
