We are seeking a Multi trade operative in Nottingham to join a well-established facilities management company on a permanent basis.
The role offers a potential earning of up to £35,000+, with a basic hourly rate of £15.91.

We are currently looking for a Multi trade operative in Nottingham and surrounding areas to join a well-established facilities management company on a permanent basis. This role includes a company van, fuel card and potential earning of up to £35,000+

As a Multi trade operative, you will complete:

All aspects of carpentry
All aspects of plumbing
UPVC windows & doors
Flooring
Patch plastering
Tiling
Painting & Decorating
General building maintenance

I am looking for a Multi trade operative who:

Has a full UK driving licence
Has relevant industry experience
Has relevant experience within social housing

In return, the Multi trade operative will receive:

£15.91 per hour basic rate
Company van & fuel card
Company mobile phone
37.5 hours a week
Power tools provided
Call out & overtime available paid at time and a half
Occasional working away (all expenses paid)
24 days annual leave plus bank holiday
Pension scheme
Permanent employment
