1st Line Network Technician
- Perfect role for someone with 1 or 2 years' experience in IT Support roles who is looking for a fast paced environment as part of a small team where you are an important part of their IT function.
- £25,000 - £26,000 per year, onsite role within the clients HQ in central Nottingham.
- Working office times, no out of hours support or unsociable hours/shift patterns.

My client are an industry leader in the Retail industry, whilst IT isn't their number one function, its crucial to what the company do and they are committed to adding to their rapidly growing team, alongside updating their technology and capabilities internally.
What will you be doing?..
No one day will be the same, your skillset will be continuously tested and added to. Communication between teams is key as well as Hardware and software support, Network troubleshooting, physical repairs to equipment, maintaining the company wide servers, documenting and presenting information as well as active directory administration and much more.
What will you need….
- Previous experience in a Hands on IT Support/Technician role.
- Windows 10/11
- Active Directory
- Basic Network Troubleshooting skills (ADSL, LAN, Switches, vLANS)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- O365
- Be able to be onsite in Nottingham City Centre
What it would be nice to have….
- Windows Exchange
- Mobile Email Technologies
- Hardware build/repair experience
