JOB TITLE: Sales Support Administrator

SALARY: £23,400 + £1,000 annual bonus (pro rata)

LOCATION: Nottingham

SETTING: Office based with two days a week working from home

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Administrator who will provide efficient and effective end-to-end administrative support for the relevant Sales Business Unit to ensuring provision of an the overall departmental KPI/SLA/Targets. Please note this is an 8-month fixed term contract until the end of May 2025.

JOB SPECIFICATION: Sales Support Administrator

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Working to support and meet/exceed all agreed targets/SLA’s/KPI’s across all roles and responsibilities.

· Processing – Following agreed processes in place, process all orders received on preferred systems efficiently and accurately within agreed service level with minimum error rate targets.

· Communication – Answering calls from and dealing with all internal and external telephone contacts to the Sales Team in a professional and courteous manner.

· Communication – To communicate in an effective and timely manner with all relevant stakeholders (internal and external) using different methods – telephone, emails and other implemented technologies (i.e. Chat).

· Administration – Provide a full and comprehensive end-to-end administrative co-ordination for all orders received.

· Order processing, Back Order Processing and Reporting.

REQUIREMENTS: Sales Support Administrator

We are looking for someone with significant experience of working in a customer service environment with experience of working under pressure and to deadlines. As well as experience of working in a team environment with shared goals.
