SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Temporary Part Time HR Administrator based in Nottingham. The role is located in the ideal location for candidates based in Lenton, Bilborough ,Wollaton and the surrounding areas. The role will be working either 2 or 3 full days per week, you will be office based! We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Temporary HR Administrator to support the HR department on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will assist with various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining accurate employee records. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing documentation and conducting inductions. - Maintain employee records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and compliant with relevant regulations. - Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining HR databases. - Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and handling candidate communications. - Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. - Support the payroll process by ensuring accurate records of attendance and leave. - Assist with employee relations matters and provide administrative support for performance management processes. - Ensure HR documentation and records are properly filed and easily accessible. - Assist with ad-hoc HR projects as required. Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in an administrative or HR support role (experience in a temporary or HR role is a plus). - Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - High level of accuracy and attention to detail. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
