Sonic Summary
- Salary: £30-£35 (dependent on experience)
- Experience required: Experience in planning and ERP systems, preferably Syteline or other Tier 1 or 2 ERP system
- Duties include resolving supply, demand, and capacity issues, coordinating output with production areas, integrating sales orders with master schedule, ensuring proper documentation of work orders and projects, and implementing ERP techniques
- Key skills needed include strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, experience tracking production efficiencies and reporting statistics to management, knowledge of raw materials and production processes, and excellent communication skills
- Working hours: Monday - Friday 8:00-17:00 (14:00 finish on Fridays)
Duties:
Resolve Supply, Demand, and Capacity issues
Perform all capacity planning activities and coordinate output with all production areas.
Integrate Sales Orders with master schedule; coordinate availability of raw materials, supplies, equipment, and workers as needed to meet delivery dates.
Ensure all Work Orders and projects are properly documented and closed in scheduling systems.
Assess and implement ERP techniques needed to plan, schedule, control, measure, and evaluate the effectiveness of production operations.
Communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management team.
Track and manage inventory levels; establish safety stock levels.
Ensure the ERP system data elements related to the supply chain and planning are set to the correct parameters.
Conduct monthly forecast maintenance.
Key Skills:
Experience in planning and ERP systems experience, preferably Syteline (or other Tier 1 or 2 ERP system).
Excellent Microsoft Office programs knowledge.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Proven experience tracking production efficiencies and reporting statistics to management.
Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
Excellent communication skills.
£30- £35 (dependant on Experience)
