Experienced Health & Safety Administrator required- Immediate Start Nottingham | Full-Time | 3-4-month FTC (Potential to Extend) | £13.33 - £13.85 per hourAre you highly organised with an eye for detail? Our client, a reputable organisation based in Nottingham, is looking for a confident and capable Health & Safety Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. This role is expected to last 3-4 months to provide cover, but for the right person, there's potential for an extension. It's a great opportunity to step into a busy and varied role where your admin skills will directly support the health and safety of the wider team. What you'll be doing:

  • Keeping all health and safety records and documentation organised and up to date
  • Supporting with risk assessments, training logs, and internal audit prep
  • Assisting with incident reporting and ensuring forms are accurately completed and filed
  • Managing inboxes, updating spreadsheets, and chasing outstanding actions
  • Coordinating H&S training reminders and compliance checks across departments
  • Providing general admin support to the Health & Safety function as needed

What we're looking for:

  • Previous admin experience - H&S or compliance background is a real bonus
  • A methodical approach and excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills - you'll be liaising across teams
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Someone who can jump in and pick things up quickly!

  • Full-time hours (37.5 per week)
