Tonic is exclusively assisting our client with their search for a top-quality General Manager to oversee all areas of the operation in their new high-end, pan-Asian restaurant. Opening later this year in Nottingham City Centre, this will be one of the most high-profile openings in the city in 2025.

- Basic Salary £50,000 - £55,000
- Transparent performance related bonus £10,000 - £15,000

- Proven experience as a restaurant General Manager within a site with more than 100 covers that actualises sales greater than £50,000 perweek net.
- A natural rapport builder who is an expert in leading and motivating their team and who makes every customer feel special
- A passion for and intricate knowledge of food and beverages
- A natural understanding of managing the finances of the business
