We are seeking a hands-onElectrical Engineering Team Leaderto manage and support the on-site engineering team, ensuring smooth operations, minimising breakdowns, and maintaining compliance with Health & Safety regulations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the engineering team, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Oversee maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair activities.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and company standards.
  • Manage contractors and liaise with suppliers.
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate the team.
  • Monitor and improve equipment performance and maintenance planning.

Requirements:
  • Electrical bias with control skills (networking skills desirable).
  • Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing/production environment.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive approach.
  • IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).


Desirable:
  • Lean manufacturing knowledge.
  • People management experience.
