Our client is an incredible organisation in the education sector, seeking an organised, proactive, and professional HR Administrator to join them. With responsibility for supporting smooth operations across our clients HR, payroll, and administrative functions. With the flexibility to work term-time or full-time, this position offers flexibility and the chance to make a real impact in a friendly and supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

As an HR Data & Administration Assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting our clients central team.

  • HR Administration - Managing large amounts of employee data including absence trackers, onboarding new starters, processing payroll administration, and maintaining accurate HR data.
  • Administrative Support - Providing first-class support to the HR Advisor and wider Team, including general administration and minute-taking in meeting settings
  • Use of a range of software including HR system, MS Excel, MS Word, Email
  • Acting as the first point of contact for key stakeholders with a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
  • Administration of all new starter information, communicating information to the payroll department and onboarding administration.
  • Support to the senior team with general administration including production of letters and other correspondence
  • Providing cover during holiday periods.

This role is suited to a candidate with proven Administrative background in HR, ideally you will have worked in an education setting. You will need to have a flair for monitoring data with accuracy and exceptional attention to detail and enjoy a busy and varied role. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office, with a willingness to learn other tools and you are a strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
