Education recruitment Branch Manager - Nottingham

Academics are expanding! We are looking to open a new office in Nottingham and are looking for the right individual to launch it in the city.

Do you have recruitment experience or are you already an Education recruitment Branch Manager?

This is an ideal role for an experienced recruiter who is ambitious but has no opportunity to progress with your current employer. Do you want the challenge of running your own branch and building your own team?

Or are you currently in a management role but would like to join one of the fastest growing education recruiters in the country? Candidates from other sectors will be considered.

Academics is one of the most established agencies within education, we have been supplying Schools in the UK for over 15 years with 21 offices. We provide teachers and teaching assistant into schools on short and long term temporary supply contracts.

Your initial focus will be to assist the regional manager in setting up the office and growing a team that suits your management style.

Our aim is to supply all schools across Nottingham and you would be at the forefront. You would work with the Regional manager to shape the office and make decisions for the how the office develops and its growth across the area.

You would be the involved in the training and development of your team; target setting, KPI's and budget planning.
