Are you an established Employee Relations expert with experience delivering on complex cases in a matrix business structure?

Do you have experience navigating the grey areas to provide pragmatic, commercialadvice across a variety of ER issues?

I am exclusively supporting a matrix organisation to source an ER Manager into their established ER team. The role will play a key role in delivering on a variety of employee relations processes including Restructures, TUPE, Redundancy, complex disciplinary and grievance processes etc.

This is part of a wider ER team, supporting a very complex business so requires someone with experience navigating complex, large business structures. Also, if you have experience delivering on a similar role in a regulated or highly process driven business, this would be advantageous.

So, what's the role?

  • Deliver on complex disciplinary and grievance processes
  • Roll out redundancy programmes
  • Advise on settlement agreements
  • Conduct training for wider members of the ER team
  • Upskill and coach managers on ER best practice
  • Work with Employment Lawyers to deliver tailored training around employee relations into the business, such as investigation management, hearing management etc.
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of upcoming changes to employment law
  • Collaborate with the business, acting as a true Business Partner to offer pragmatic advice and solutions to ER challenges
