Responsibilities:- Leadership & Strategy: Lead the growth and development of the Engineering ,Construction ,Accountancy, HR, andSupply Chainpractice across the Uk & Europe, setting strategic goals and ensuring the team delivers high-level recruitment services.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level clients, advising them on talent acquisition strategies, market trends, and hiring best practices across key European markets.
- Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of consultants, supporting their development and ensuring they meet performance targets.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the client base and building the firms presence across Europe.
- Executive Search Delivery: Oversee high-level recruitment projects, ensuring the successful placement of senior and executive-level candidates.
- Leadership Role: A senior leadership position with the autonomy to shape and grow a key business division.
- Global Reach: Work with clients and candidates across multiple European countries, providing high-impact recruitment solutions.
