Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from client acquisition to candidate placement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates within the Engineering or Rail sectors.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable executive roles.
- Conduct client visits and build a strong client portfolio.
Requirements:
- Experienced 360 Recruiter in Engineering or Rail.
- Ambitious and driven recruiter with a track record of success.
- Must drive and have own vehicle to conduct client visits.
