- Driving people strategy and processes like performance management, leadership development, and succession planning to meet business needs
- Collaborating with the HR team to develop and implement policies and processes that support continued business growth and success
- Aligning HR metrics with business metrics, improving delivery to support key business initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies
- Previous HR experience in a complex organisation
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Holder of CIPD or equivalent qualification
