HR Business Partner / People Partner
Nottingham – hybrid, 2 days per week office / 3 days home
£220 per day
Contract role for 4 months to start in early February
We have an opportunity for a People Partner / HRBP to join a leading not-for-profit organisation in Nottingham.
We are seeking a strategic and experienced People Partner / HR BP who will work with senior management to help develop strategic people plans that enable the delivery of business goals. You will work consultative and in partnership with your stakeholders.
The role will focus on thought leadership, consultative HR business partnering and practical HR business advice in line with strategy.
Key duties:
- Support the design and implementation of great people partnering practices across the organisation.
- Partner with the CEO / Execs and their (SLT) Senior Leadership Team and develop and implement a strategic people plan to support the delivery of business goals.
- Be the point of advice and counsel to the SLT; to coach and challenge their thinking to deliver excellent people solutions, in collaboration with the business strategy.
- Provide specialist, best-practice HR advice to leaders to enable the delivery of people strategies, projects, and change initiatives.
- Be focused and able to shape the People Strategy by providing honest, measurable HR advice and best practice
What skills will you need bring to this role?
- Level 7 CIPD qualified, or equivalent level of experience
- Significant experience in and proven track record of people partnering, at a Board and Executive level within a large organisation.
- Previous experience in introducing business/people partnering with a strong focus on enabling strategic delivery and proven experience in transforming people delivery.
- Significant experience working with business leaders to deliver large transformational change programs
- Workforce planning capability – to design effective people strategies to maximise the effectiveness of people budgets considering the breadth of available talent
- development and acquisition options.
- Credible, professional, and articulate; able to bring their own experience and style of thinking to coach and influence decision-making
- Commercial thinker, able to solve problems and implement people-focussed solutions with ease
- Significant experience of Partnering at the Director level
