Recruitment Officer Up to £35,000p.a. 9 Month Contract | Full Time Hybrid WorkingThis client is on the hunt for an experienced in-house recruiter to join their team on a fixed-term basis. Reporting into the Head of HR, you will get exposure to all areas of the business, partnering with key stakeholders and contributing to the development of the team! This is the perfect opportunity to work for an incredible team and business!Key responsibilities:

  • End-to-end management of the recruitment lifecycle, overseeing the full process for all areas within the business
  • Work with key stakeholders in all disciplines to source candidates for vacancies
  • Curate compelling job descriptions and adverts across a variety of platforms, and headhunt niche specialisms via online tools such as LinkedIn
  • Coordinating interviews with candidates and line managers and time manage accordingly
  • Oversee onboarding for new hires, ensuring a seamless process and maintaining a high-quality candidate experience across the business.
  • Coordinating all relevant and necessary induction training for new hires.
  • Produce monthly reports on key vacancy data/ time-to-hire data across the different platforms

The ideal candidate will:

  • Previous experience in an in-house recruitment role, in the private sector
  • End-to-end recruitment experience including the onboarding process
  • Confident with managing stakeholder relationships within all levels of a business
  • A 'self-starter'; someone with a can-do attitude and keen to get stuck into a business
