SAP HR/Payroll Consultant- 4-6 weeks+ £500-540pd Inside IR35 - Fully remote with occasional travel to Nottingham (Once or twice a month)

Looking for a SAP HR Payrolland SuccessFactors Consultant.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze Business Requirements: Understand and map client s HR and payroll processes to SAP SuccessFactors functionalities.
  • Configuration and Implementation: Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules, such as Employee Central, Payroll, and other relevant modules.
  • User Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support and guidance.
  • System Testing and Troubleshooting: Participate in system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of defects.
  • Project Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including functional requirements/specifications, system configurations, and user guides.
  • Stakeholder Interaction: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the system aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest SAP SuccessFactors updates and enhancements


Qualifications:

Educational Background:

  • A degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP Payroll/HR industry.
  • Experience with at least two full life cycle implementations of SAP HR/Payroll.
  • Preference of public sector and local government industry experience

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced configuration skills for SAP HR/Payroll and SuccessFactors. Proficiency in integrating SAP SuccessFactors with other HR systems.

Certifications:

  • Certified SAP HR/Payroll Consultant.

Communication Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
