Customer Services / Sales Support Administrator

Location: NG5 - Sherwood, NottinghamContract: 6-Month Temp ContractSalary: £25,000 - £26,000 Equivalent

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Services / Sales Support Administrator to join our team! In this role, you'll deliver high-quality service to our trade channel customers, ensuring order accuracy and managing post-delivery queries effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage customer orders accurately, ensuring all are received and delivered right the first time within agreed lead times.
  • Resolve post-delivery queries and claims promptly, adhering to a 10-day resolution timeframe.
  • Maintain 100% accuracy of customer, product, and price data, and ensure all goods dispatched are invoiced correctly.
  • Generate billing documents and support sales administration tasks.
  • Conduct KPI reporting and provide commentary on performance, identifying and escalating any issues or risks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Warehouse, Finance, Operations) to enhance service delivery and improve processes.
  • Support the design, testing, and training of process improvements, ensuring knowledge is documented and implemented.
