Futures are recruiting for an Technical Support Consultant with Dynamics Business Central experience. This Technical Support Consultant role is on a contract basis and is expected to last around nine months. You will be the main Consultant for this manufacturing client responsible for supporting Microsoft Dynamics Business Central usage across the business covering sales, supply chain, production, finance and HR users.Technical Support Consultant - Role Responsibilities - IT Consultant, Customer Support, Microsoft Dynamics, Business Central, D365

  • 1st and 2nd line technical support for Dynamics Business Central system users
  • Optimising business processes to enhance productivity through effective ERP usage
  • Training employees on effective use of Dynamics Business Central in a hands-on fashion
  • Creating and maintaining training documentation

Technical Support Consultant - Skills and Experience - IT Consultant, Customer Support, Microsoft Dynamics, Business Central, D365

  • An IT or Microsoft linked qualification (and/or at least five years' experience working with Dynamics Business Central)
  • Experience in supporting end users by showing them best practice in a hands-on way
  • Work on own initiative and liaise with staff on all levels and communicate at a simple level
  • Ability to fluently communicate in written and spoken English, especially around hands-on training support
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central / D365
  • Experience working for a manufacturing company
