We are working with a rapidly expanding B2B SaaS provider in Nottingham, on the brink of exciting growth after securing contracts with several multi-national clients. As they expand their operations, they are seeking a talented Delivery Manager to join their professional services team and help bring innovative software solutions to life.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience of Software Delivery experience, in client facing environments.
  • Formal project management qualifications (Prince 2, PMP, Agile).
  • Proven expertise in managing entire end-to-end delivery, from initial concept through to implementation and handover.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong aptitude for governance and risk management, with a strong focus on budget control.
  • Reilience to deal with a wide range of projects.

Desirable:

  • Experience within the energy or utilities sector.
  • Background in both public and private sector businesses.

Role Overview:

As a client-facing Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the full project lifecycle, from initial concept through to successful delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and motivating cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Implementing best project management practices to drive efficiency and quality.
  • Communicating with stakeholders to provide project updates and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Adapting to changing project needs and facilitating Agile methodologies when necessary.
