IT Project Manager | Nottingham | 12 months | 3 days onsite |Outside IR35

A key Opus client is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a critical data platform implementation project. As the primary point of contact for the service integrator, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, from planning and execution to delivery and post-implementation support.

Essential Skills:

Data Platform Expertise: Proven experience in managing data-centric projects, including data migration, integration, and transformation.
Service Integration: Strong ability to collaborate with service integrators to ensure seamless delivery of data solutions.
Project Management Fundamentals: Solid grasp of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
Risk Management: Proactive identification, assessment, and mitigation of project risks, particularly those related to data quality, security, and privacy.
Stakeholder Management: Effective communication and relationship-building skills to engage with diverse stakeholders, including technical teams, business users, and executive leadership.

Desired Skills and Experience:
Data Governance: Understanding of data governance principles and practices.
Data Analytics: Familiarity with data analytics tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Python, Power BI).
Cloud Technologies: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is advantageous.
ERP or CRM Implementation: Previous experience in implementing ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
