(dependent upon experience)Perm | Full TimeNottinghamshire | Hybrid WorkingI am excited to be partnering with my client in a fast paced manufacturing organisation, who are on the hunt for a HR Systems Analyst to join their evolving HR Services function. Reporting into the Head of HR Services, you will play an integral role in the team by ensuring all key HR data is analysed and distributed to the wider business.If you thrive in an operational, hands-on culture, this will be the right assignment for you!Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate people data and insights on key HR metrics, such as absence, attrition, and vacancy figures, to the wider business.
  • Become the go-to expert on the company's HR system, offering first-line support for any system-related queries.
  • Identify and implement improvements within the current HRIS, ensuring the delivery and presentation of data is effective.
  • Support the HR Services team with broader HR administrative tasks as required.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders in the HR team to effectively deliver key HR data insights.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience working with HR systems, confident in managing and processing HR data.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Analytical thinker with a strong focus on process improvement.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment.
