Key Details:

• Salary: £85k - £95k per annum
• Location: Nottinghamshire (Hybrid with 1 day / Flexible in the office)
• Industry: SaaS/Software Development
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid (1 days on-site in Nottinghamshire)

The Role:As a Solutions Architect, you will work closely with delivery teams and key stakeholders, providing strategic guidance on architectural decisions and technology choices to ensure the sustainable development of our customer's newest SaaS Product. Youll lead on developing high-level architectures, drive key design decisions, and work to integrate various systems seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements.
• Make Key Design Decisions (KDDs) and advise on technology, architectural standards, and service/vendor selection.
• Design and evangelise architectural principles to achieve scalable, reliable, and high-performing outcomes.
• Provide technical oversight to ensure adherence to architectural principles and integration between systems.
• Create technical documentation for a wide range of audiences.
• Maintain a strong focus on security and compliance, adhering to standards like ISO27001 and SOC 2.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Expertise in software design and architecture, with strong knowledge ofCloud Architecture(Azure, AWS),DevOps,Microservices, andEnterprise Integration Patterns.
• Azure experience is essential.
• A background in Software Engineering prior to moving into Architectural work would be great!
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex issues through to conclusion.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams, driving strategic initiatives and creating alignment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with technical and business stakeholders at all levels.
