The successful Planning Solicitor can expect to deal with a strong client which includes both landowners and developers. The work is also varied and includes acting on s106, s38 and s272 agreements, renewable energy projects, mineral and extraction projects, acting on options, promotion or collaboration agreements to name but a few matters.THE CANDIDATE:The newly appointed Planning Solicitor will have the opportunity to work within a close-knit team partners developing new business leads and clients as well as taking on their own caseload of matters. The successful Planning Solicitor will have a minimum of 4 years’ PQE in planning law and applications will be considered from Planning Solicitors. You will be an expert planning lawyer with a proven track record within planning law and excellent commercial acumen.
