Due to ongoing expansion, my client is currently looking to recruit a Private Client Solicitor for their expanding Nottingham, Nottinghamshire Office.

My client is one of the leading Nottinghamshire firms of solicitors with 90 employees across five offices.

This full-time role will be varied and challenging, where you will work on your own caseload of quality private client matters. The successful candidate will be expected to deal with all aspects of the matter from inception through to completion. Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload encompassing a range of private client matters including Wills, LPAs (Lasting Powers of Attorney), Deputyship Orders, and Probate.• Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their interests are represented effectively.• Handle all aspects of file management, from initial client consultation to case resolution, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout.• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations pertaining to private client services.• Collaborate with other team members and departments to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with 1+ years of post-qualification experience in private client law.• Proven track record in handling a variety of private client matters including Wills, LPAs, Deputyship Orders, and Probate.• Ability to work independently with some supervision, demonstrating initiative and sound judgment in decision-making.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.• Demonstrated ability to network effectively to develop and expand the private client department.
