Imperial Recruitment Group are delighted to announce that we are working on a retained basis with a global leading lift manufacturer called TK Elevator to appoint a Transformation Project Manager on a permanent basis.

Job title: Transformation Project Manager

Salary: Dependent on experience

Location: Nottingham

Type: Permanent

Overview of the role:

To be the conduit between all key stakeholders across the UK & Ireland, to track, interpret and drive data from their business initiative and present to the SLT and board level.

Duties are but not limited to:

  • Track and drive the implementation of business improvement projects within the UK, support the delivery of key 'measures’
  • Structure and support performance projects on local level with a strong analytical focus and "hands-on" mentality
  • Initiate and support best practice exchange between regions and follow-up implementation
  • Communicate and exchange with the functional community to further drive the transformation

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and experience of working in a management consultancy type environment and/or business analytics
  • A degree in a Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or Equivalent Qualification
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills towards different target groups (from technician to executive management)
  • Advance Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential
