My client iis looking for a Legal Secretary based at their offices in the centre of Nottingham supporting in their Commercial Property and Corporate department with general office / administrative duties, including audio and copy typing using the 'BigHand' digital dictation system.

You will need…

  • Audio typing experience, ideally but not necessarily gained in a legal environment
  • An organized and systematic approach
  • The ability to work well under pressure, either alone or as part of a team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with clients in person and/or by telephone
  • Experience and knowledge of using MS Word together with well-developed English language skills (essential) as you will be assisting in producing detailed legal documents and case file notes.

The role is paying up to £26,000 and is working 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
