A well established Law firm in Nottingham is currently recruiting for a Legal Secretary to join their Commercial Property and Corporate department, this is a fantastic department to work in within a supportive team.

In this full-time role, you will be assisting our Commercial Property and Corporate department with general office / administrative duties, including audio and copy typing using the 'BigHand’ digital dictation system.

You will need…

  • audio typing experience, ideally but not necessarily gained in a legal environment
  • an organized and systematic approach
  • the ability to work well under pressure, either alone or as part of a team
  • excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with clients in person and/or by telephone
  • experience and knowledge of using MS Word together with well-developed English language skills (essential) as you will be assisting in producing detailed legal documents and case file notes.
