37.5 hours per week, this can be 8-4, 8.30-4.30 or 9-5
OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
- Fleet management of 20 vehicles, including fuel cards, insurance, trackers and charges/fines
- Organising assistance with breakdowns and repairs
- Manage and coordinate maintenance and servicing of soft and hard services, including lift, CCTV, fire and intruder alarms, A/C, utilities and grounds maintenance, negotiating renewals and contracts
- Working with external H & S reps to become the "competent person"
- Preparing reports and analysis to monitor fuel and expenses ensuring value for money
ABOUT YOU
- Strong administration skills and impeccable attention to detail
- High organised
- IT savvy, especially Excel - ideally Pivots and VLOOKUPS
- Great people skills
