OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

  • Fleet management of 20 vehicles, including fuel cards, insurance, trackers and charges/fines
  • Organising assistance with breakdowns and repairs
  • Manage and coordinate maintenance and servicing of soft and hard services, including lift, CCTV, fire and intruder alarms, A/C, utilities and grounds maintenance, negotiating renewals and contracts
  • Working with external H & S reps to become the "competent person"
  • Preparing reports and analysis to monitor fuel and expenses ensuring value for money

ABOUT YOU

  • Strong administration skills and impeccable attention to detail
  • High organised
  • IT savvy, especially Excel - ideally Pivots and VLOOKUPS
  • Great people skills
