- Work with clients to understand their requirements and document them accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure systems are set up correctly.
- Oversee the onboarding process from start to finish.
- Manage ongoing client requests for system changes and updates.
- Provide training and support to clients when needed.
- Someone who is organized and good at managing multiple tasks.
- Experience working in client onboarding, project coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, you’ll be speaking with clients regularly.
- The ability to work with different teams and ensure tasks are completed.
- Experience in a SaaS or software-related environment
