Are you a Level 4-qualified Paraplanner or Administrator ready to step into management? This is your chance to join a well-established Wealth Management firm offering a varied, dynamic role with hybrid working and room to grow. Key Responsibilities Business Management

• Oversee FCA regulatory reporting, compliance, and business policies.

• Manage firm accounts, payroll, and insurance plans.

• Handle client agreements, templates, and Consumer Duty documentation.

• Maintain critical business plans and ensure adherence to industry standards.

Support Team Leadership

• Manage the daily workload of the support team.

• Conduct regular 1:1s, team meetings, and performance reviews.

• Support recruitment, on-boarding, and ongoing training.

• Ensure processes run smoothly and address client or team issues promptly.

• Paraplanner support for IFA,S to include suitability reports and file checks as needed. Office Operations

• Handle office contracts, utilities, and software agreements. • Arrange provider meetings, newsletters, and team communications.

• Organize team and adviser meetings, creating agendas and tracking action points. Ideal Candidate • Qualified Paraplanner: Level 4 minimum

• Leadership Skills: Ready to step into management, with experience supporting teams.
