Description

  • Managing and maintaining the facilities across 3 residential sites
  • Implement and manage health and safety regulations
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for facility improvement
  • Manage service charge budgets
  • Develop and manage budgets for facilities operations and maintenance
  • Handle emergency facility situations swiftly and efficiently
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure quality standards
  • Oversee and coordinate facility projects and renovations
  • Organise maintenance schedules
  • Liase with both in-house staff and contractors to ensure smooth operations across the properties

Profile

  • Experience in facilities management of residential spaces
  • Familiarity with statutory compliance requirements
  • A good understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Ability to manage budgets and handle contracts
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential
