- Managing and maintaining the facilities across 3 residential sites
- Implement and manage health and safety regulations
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for facility improvement
- Manage service charge budgets
- Develop and manage budgets for facilities operations and maintenance
- Handle emergency facility situations swiftly and efficiently
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure quality standards
- Oversee and coordinate facility projects and renovations
- Organise maintenance schedules
- Liase with both in-house staff and contractors to ensure smooth operations across the properties
Profile
- Experience in facilities management of residential spaces
- Familiarity with statutory compliance requirements
- A good understanding of health and safety regulations
- Ability to manage budgets and handle contracts
- Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential
