Groundworks)Site Manager

Involve Recruitment are urgently seeking an experienced Groundworks Site Manager for works on an residential groundworks schemes throughout the Nottingham and Leicestershire areas.

The project will include -

Finishing groundworks, such as paving, slabbing, kerbing, drainage and all necessary preparation works and various 278 works

The main duties within this role will include -

. Supervise a team of multi-skilled Groundworks and plant operatives

. Ensure all work is carried out safely and meets high quality standards

. Collaborate closely with the Contracts Manager

. Actively participate in the work, providing hands on support

Requirements

. Minimum SMSTS/SSSTS Qualification

. First aid qualified(desirable)

. Extensive experience in all aspects of groundworks

. Strong leadership and communication skills

. Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
