Operations Manager-Food ManufacturingNottingham, Nottinghamshire £60-80K plus £7200 Car Allowance plus life assurance plus private medical plus 26 days leave40 Hours, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (No weekends or nights)Are you a senior management professional within the B2B food manufacturing sector looking for a prestigious role for a large food production group?This is a rare opportunity as due to succession planning the position offers further progression in circa 3 years time. The role is to have operational responsibility for a food production site of 150 plus staff so this is a senior, complex and challenging position that has come about due to forthcoming retirement. The role is broad and the responsibilities varied, but will include leadership of engineering, logistics, health and safety and technical divisions with a focus on productivity and customer satisfaction. The Role

1. Full time, permanent, senior Managerial level position on a large food manufacturing site
2. Responsible for strategic, commercial and functional direction of the site.
3. First and second line leadership duties. Direct reports include Factory Manager, Engineering Team Leader, Logistics Manager and H & S Manager.

The Person

1. Working background in B2B food manufacturing production
2. Experience in a senior leadership position, including strategic, budget and second line management.
3. Willing and able to progress further into a Senior Executive position.
