We are looking for an experienced PPC Specialist to lead our digital acquisition strategy, focusing on collections and debt consolidation campaigns. This role is vital in reaching customers who need our financial solutions while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and manage high-performing PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising platforms.
  • Create and optimise targeted campaigns for various customer segments, including debt consolidation and financial solutions.
  • Implement advanced audience targeting strategies in line with FCA guidelines.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with financial promotions rules and Consumer Duty requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Collections team to align PPC strategy with collections goals.

Performance Optimisation

  • Analyse user behaviour and conversion funnels to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct A/B testing on landing pages and ad copy to boost conversion rates.
  • Optimise campaigns based on risk metrics and customer quality indicators.
  • Adjust bid strategies to maintain efficient cost per acquisition.
  • Develop remarketing strategies that comply with regulatory requirements.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Use Google Analytics, Microsoft Advertising, and other tools to track campaign performance.
  • Generate detailed reports on key metrics such as CAC, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Provide data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
  • Create regular performance reports for senior stakeholders.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Compliance team to ensure all campaigns meet regulatory standards.
  • Partner with the Collections team to align acquisition strategy with collections performance.
  • Collaborate with the Risk team to optimise customer targeting and acceptance criteria.
  • Support broader digital marketing initiatives, including email and SMS campaigns.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in PPC management, preferably within financial services.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of FCA regulations regarding financial promotions.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis.
  • Google Ads and Analytics certifications.
  • Experience with automation and bid management tools.
  • Understanding of the consumer credit and lending marketplace (desirable).
