We offer up to full time hours, including weekends, evenings and bank holidays, with competitive hourly pay rates. The shift patterns for this role are 08.00-16.00, 16.00-00.00 and 00.00-08.00.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients with a warm and professional demeanor
- Manage appointment scheduling and handle phone inquiries efficiently
- Maintain accurate patient records and process necessary documentation
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors
- Previous experience in a medical reception role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Proficiency with medical software and basic computer skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused attitude
- Prioritised and various, flexible shift patterns - 7 days a week
- Weekly pay via PAYE method of your choosing
