Cherry Professional are pleased to be working with their Legal sector client to recruit a highly professional and efficient PA to join their busy team in Nottingham.
The role of the PA is the manage the workflow and provide a organisational service to the fee earners.
Resonsibilities
- Manage the production of documents and check returned work
- Taking and making client related calls, dealing with and handling messages
- Responsible for keeping up to date with client specific protocols and processes
- Responsible for files being opened and closed
- Monitor and manage key dates for clients and ensure compliance procedures are up to date on all files
- Manage diaries, ensuring they are up-to date, anticipating requirements e.g. associated travel/accommodation bookings, meeting rooms, drafting itineraries, preparing agendas, preparing and circulating papers
- Arrange photocopying, printing, organising couriers, sending out letters, faxes
- Additional duties as and when required
About you
- Experience of working in a legal or professional services
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft packages
- An aptitude for producing documents and client communications
- Advanced knowledge of document management/case management
