Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience in supply teaching or similar roles within primary education
- Strong classroom management skills, with the ability to create an effective and positive learning environment
- A flexible and adaptable teaching approach, capable of stepping into different classrooms and year groups with ease
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with school staff, students, and parents
- A passion for supporting children's academic and social development
- A proactive and motivated approach to teaching and supporting students
