HR Business Partner 

£50,000 + 

Hybrid (Nottingham) 2/3 days in office 

Flexible working hours 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively support business functions as part of the HR team.
  • Partner with the Head of People to develop strategies that boost performance and engagement.
  • Plan recruitment, development, and succession of talent across the organisation.
  • Analyse people management data to identify trends and make recommendations.
  • Collaborate to deliver effective talent management, ensuring future leadership development.
  • Anticipate people issues during business changes and ensure they are effectively managed.
  • Lead change management and business improvement projects.
  • Support recruitment, learning & development, employee relations, payroll, and reward processes.
  • Coach line managers on leadership, people management, and employee development.
  • Act as a champion for best practices that empower managers and enhance employee engagement.
