Your new roleAs an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting a team of 15 colleagues with general administrative duties including data input, booking transport and accommodation, chasing accounts and invoices, ordering equipment, collating information for bids and tenders, diary management, and a variety of other tasks as required.What you'll need to succeedKey skills you will need:
- IT proficiency
- Experience using MS Office including Word and Excel
- Strong numeracy skills
- Administrative experience
- Strong organisation skills
- Strong communication skills
It would also be great if you had experience using the Wholebase system, but training will be provided, so this is not a requirement.
