Office Manager - New Centre Opening in Nottingham
Location: Nottingham with parking
Salary: Up to 30,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm (1-hour lunch break)

We're recruiting for a Centre Manager to oversee a brand-new centre in Nottingham. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the centre from the ground up, build a welcoming community, and deliver a first-class customer experience.
About the Role:
As the Centre / Office Manager, you will be the face of the new Nottingham site, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, building lasting relationships with customers, and creating a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for all who visit. This role is ideally suited for someone with a background in operations, management, or customer service who is eager to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Centre Operations: Oversee all daily activities, ensuring the centre runs efficiently and smoothly. Maintain high standards across all areas of the building.
Customer Experience: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to create a positive and welcoming environment. Actively engage with centre users, understanding their needs and ensuring their experience is always excellent.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a small team to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional service.
Facilities Management: Oversee the building's facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet the needs of customers. This includes coordinating any repairs, maintenance, and general upkeep.
Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure that all health and safety policies are adhered to, creating a safe environment for staff and customers. Implement regular checks and risk assessments.
