An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Level 4-qualified Paraplanner or experienced Administrator to step into a management role within a well-established Wealth Management firm in Nottingham. Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Management- Oversee FCA regulatory reporting, ensuring full compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Manage firm accounts, payroll, and business insurance plans.
- Maintain and update client agreements, Consumer Duty documentation, and compliance templates.
- Ensure adherence to business-critical plans, monitoring operational efficiency and regulatory obligations.
- Supervise the daily workflow of the support team, ensuring operational effectiveness.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, 1:1 meetings, and team development initiatives.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and continuous professional development for staff.
- Provide paraplanning support to IFAs, including suitability report writing and file checks.
- Manage office contracts, utility agreements, and financial planning software subscriptions.
- Coordinate provider meetings, internal communications, and external newsletters.
- Organize team and adviser meetings, preparing agendas and ensuring actionable follow-ups.
- Qualified Paraplanner: Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.
- Leadership Aptitude: Experience managing teams or mentoring staff within a financial services environment.
- Detail-Oriented & Organised: Strong analytical skills with a meticulous approach to compliance and documentation.
- FCA Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory reporting, financial compliance, and industry best practices.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in financial planning software and Microsoft Office applications.
