We’re looking for a Part-Time Office Manager to keep the office running smoothly and make the office a great place to work! In this varied role, you’ll be the first point of contact, manage office facilities, organise team events, support health & safety compliance, and assist with finance tasks.

This is a part-time role (4 days per week), with one day working from home and three days in the office (Tuesday-Thursday). Hours of work 9-5.30.

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

  • Finance Admin - Raise PO’s, Reconciliation of credit cards, input purchase ledger invoices using Sage
  • Facilities - Dealing with general maintenance issues, car parking, H & S, liaising with the landlord, Office Security and alarm system (you will be a key holder)
  • General Admin - Answering incoming calls, room bookings, meeting room facilities, incoming mail and deliveries, Stationery & Supplies, organising company events and booking travel & accommodation
  • H & S - organising regular checks - fire alarms, fire extinguishers, PAT testing, maintain internal H & S docs

We need someone proactive, organised, and friendly, with previous Office Management experience, Finance Administration experience and strong MS Office skills. A flexible, can-do attitude is a must! Being a key-holder you must be local to the NG8 area, with your own transport
