An exciting role, working for a MedTech business in a Part-Time Office Manager / Finance Assistant role. This is a fully office-based role, with the opportunity to grow, and get involved in projects. Working between 23- 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, you will be working in a fast-moving technology-focused setting.
£13 - 16 per hour, FTE £25,500 - £31,000 per year.
23 - 20 hours per week. 25 days holiday (pro-rata) Free on-site parking, pension, and private healthcare.
OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
- Purchase Ledger
- Petty cash
- Administration of monthly payroll
- Processing monthly expenses
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings
- Coordinating travel and accommodation
- Maintaining office supplies and organising the office
- Organising company events
- Meeting and greeting visitors
ABOUT YOU
- 3+ years of Finance experience is essential, including experience with Xero, QuickBooks, Sage & Excel
- 3+ years of Administration experience is essential, ideally senior-level support
- Caring, empathetic personality (due to the subject matter)
- Highly organised, high attention to detail with strong communication skills
